Mother and Child Care Center

Saaylani Welfare has inaugurated a Mother and Child Care Center in Karachi, Pakistan, to improve women's and children's health by tackling medical conditions. The facilities employ qualified physician leaders and trained personnel, and they can be accessed in multiple ways.

Blood Bank and Thalassemia Care Center

Saylani Welfare, a program aimed at eradicating Thalassemia in Pakistan, has built a blood bank and a Thalassemia Care Centre. These hospitals administer monthly transfusions to hundreds of children to serve Allah.

X-ray and Ultrasound

Saylani Welfare Int Trust provides health services, featuring a 650 MA X-ray unit and a mobile 50 M.A. X-ray unit for emergency situations. It also offers X-ray and ultrasound diagnostics. Additionally, it offers echocardiography services.

Mobile Healthcare Clinic Service

Saylani Trust has inaugurated a mobile health clinic service in Pakistan. The service targets poor and vulnerable populations residing in distant locations who cannot access medical facilities, including victims of natural disasters. Medical assistance is offered at no cost at their residence.

Saylani Disaster Aid Programs Corona Relief Program

Saylani Welfare International Trust provided disaster aid during the coronavirus pandemic, distributing cooked and raw food to 2 million families to feed laborers and provide them with a facility.

Flood and Rain Relief Program

Saylani Welfare International Trust provides two meals daily to around 60,000 flood victims in Sindh, Balochistan, and Punjab. The charity works with local communities to assess how best to support affected families who urgently need food, rations, shelter, bedding, medical facilities, and hygiene items. The floods have caused over 40,000 homes, thousands of kilometers of road infrastructure, and 61 bridges to be destroyed. Saylani Welfare International Trust is working in various areas of Balochistan Province, including Dera Murad Jamali, Nasirabad, Sohbatpur, Nushki, Qila Abdullah, Nawaqili, Quetta, Bela, Lasbela, Uthal, Khuzdar, Jamshoro, Matiari, Tando Adam, Sanghar, Sukkur, Panoaqal, Larkana, Umar Kot, Thatta, Shadi Palli, Chhor, New Chhor, Samaru, Mirpur Khas, Sukkur, Larkana, Kot DG, Khairpur Ranipur, and Hyderabad, as well as in many villages of Punjab Province including Rajanpur, Liaquatpur, and Fazilpur. The charity also provides medicines to underprivileged areas, providing them with free medicines such as Fe-Sabi-Lillah. There is also a dire need for clean drinking water in flood-affected areas, which Saylani Welfare International Trust is fulfilling by providing clean drinking water to every home.

Rapid Fire Fighting and Rescue Service

The Rapid Fire Fighting and Rescue Service is one of the many firefighting and rescue services provided by Saylani Welfare. They are the first to introduce such services in Pakistan, ensuring immediate control of fire incidents in narrow streets. Saylani Welfare also installs maintenance holes to provide convenience and prevent accidents.
