Saylani Welfare provides free distribution of oxygen cylinders, wheelchairs, beds, and other medical aids to the needy. Our medical equipment program helps patients who cannot afford essential healthcare equipment, enabling them to receive proper care at home. We maintain a stock of various medical devices and aids to support those in need.
